Wrestlenomics' Brandon Thurston has analysed Impact Wrestling's recent television ratings to draw a conclusion on Kenny Omega's effect since first crossing over on the 8 December episode, revealing a healthy increase in overall viewership and viewers aged 18-49.

Thurston's calculations omit 8 December, when Kenny's first appearance popped Impact's highest ever numbers on AXS TV, as the P18-49 rating jumped 60% to 0.08 and P2+ improved by 33% to an average of 222,000 across the show's two hours. Including this artificially high data would lead to potentially deceiving results. In addition, the 22 and 29 December Impact episodes were also left out as these were Best of 2020 recap-a-thons that drew smaller audiences by design.

On the five shows prior to Omega's debut (3 November to 1 December), Impact scored an average weekly viewership of 141,000 and P18-49 viewers totalling 43,000. Since Omega arrived, these numbers have improved to 162,000 in P2+ (up 15%) and 58,000 in P18-49 (up 37%), showing the AEW World Champion's continued positive impact.
