Per Marvin Pruitt for Figure Four Online/The Wrestling Observer, Deonna Purrazzo defeated Rok-C to become ROH Women's Champion on the show. This was followed by IMPACT's new ROH-focused group (PCO, Matt Taven, Vincent, Mike Kanellis, Maria Kanellis) hitting the ring to confront Purrazzo, with IMPACT's Matt Rehwoldt, Rich Swann, and Willie Mack making the save.

The ROH group debuted at IMPACT's Hard to Kill pay-per-view this past weekend. They were all over these tapings, with an Eddie Edwards-led defence force uniting against them towards the end.

Rok-C reigned as ROH Women's World Champion for 119 days. Capturing the belt from Miranda Alize in September, she mounted successful defences against Killer Kelly, Trish Adora, Willow, and others in ROH and on the independent circuit.

Purrazzo, meanwhile, has Ring Of Honor tenure, having appeared for the promotion sporadically between 2015 and 2018. Her AAA Reina de Reinas Championship was also on the line against Rok-C.

ROH is currently on hiatus following December's Final Battle event, having commenced the process of releasing all contracted wrestlers at the end of 2021.
