Roman Reigns is generally regarded as one of WWE's modern-day locker-room leaders, and while he isn't usually as vocal as his cohort, Seth Rollins, yesterday saw him speak out on former Shield brother Jon Moxley's recent criticisms of WWE creative.

Talking to ESPN's Marc Raimondi, 'The Big Dog' said: "I'll tell you straight up: I disagree with what Ambrose said about the creative process. I love the guy, he's my brother, but when it comes down to it, creative-wise, that's on you."

"Communication is communication," Reigns continued. "When you go in there and you talk to the boss, you gotta let him know. He even made comments about the things I had to say, but that was in a different place. I was brand new."

Roman also had words for Rollins' recent outspoken statements: "He's passionate. He's always been like that, you just don't always here it. He wants to be the best all the time. That's why he is where he is. He's emotional - of course he is - because we bust our ass."

Whether you agree with Reigns or not, it's nice to hear somebody speak on the matter without stopping to phrases like "took his ball and went home."
