In the main event of the promotion's biggest event of the year, Rich Swann was able to overcome IMPACT World Champion Eric Young after a match-winning Phoenix splash. Elsewhere The North got the better of The Good Brothers, The Motor City Machine Guns and Ace Austin & Madman Fulton to reclaim the IMPACT World Tag Team Championships. Su Yung also dramatically stepped in at the last minute to replace a presumed injured Kylie Rae in the night's Knockouts Championship match, and conquered Deonna Purrazzo to become the new Champion.

Bound for Glory also saw Rohit Raju successfully defend his X-Division Championship in an intergender Scramble match against Jordynne Grace, Willie Mack, TJP, Chris Bey and Trey Miguel. Moose held onto his TNA Championship in a cinematic encounter with EC3, fresh Hall of Famer Ken Shamrock defeated Eddie Edwards and Rhyno came out on top in the Call Your Shot Battle Royal, ousting Sami Callihan at the last.

James Storm, Daivari and Swoggle all shockingly returned to the promotion during the latter match.
