With Becky Lynch's existing WWE contract reportedly due to expire on Saturday, plus rumblings that the Man will be taking an indefinite hiatus from the market leader, Tony Khan was recently asked about Lynch possibly becoming #AllElite.

Speaking on The Rich Eisen Show, Khan was quizzed on potentially "poaching" talent from WWE, with the AEW President simply stating how he's open to people coming to AEW in the future.

When pushed on specific names he'd be interested in and whether mentioning those names would be viewed as tampering, Khan explained:

"I don't want to try to tamper and do those things. I try to keep it classy, and I really have a reputation for honesty and I really want to be a fair businessman. The wrestling business is a really cutthroat business."

While Tony Khan refused to name specific talent, Eisen brought up Becky Lynch and noted how she'll become a free agent within a week. In response to comments about how Becky is one of the biggest stars on the planet and has a huge fanbase, all Khan said was, "Absolutely. Great star."

It was previously reported by PWTorch's Wade Keller how, while she will be taking a break from WWE and will very much be a free agent, Becky Lynch doesn't have any plans to join AEW "imminently". This same report also noted how there is a belief that Becky and WWE will eventually come to an agreement on a new deal, although obviously anything can happen in the wrestling business.
