Why doesnt anybody ever talk about Demolition---EVER? Is it the Legion of Doom comparison---I DONT KNOW? But, what I do know is that Axe and Smash, Bill Edie and Barry Darsow, were over HUGE in the late 80s. They were by far the coolest thing happening in the Fed at the time, the entrance music, the gear, make-up, explosive in ring workIm looking at perhaps one of the greatest tag teams of all-time! But yet---theyre never put in that category---WHY? Demolition worked with THE BESTBritish Bulldogs, Hart Foundation, Brain Busters, Rockers, Rogeaus---they even held the WWE Tag Team Titles for an unprecedented 478 straight days! Shoot, at the height of their run I brought them out to my video store in Long Island, and these guys created a MOB scene! THEY WERE OVER! Why isnt Demolition in the WWE HOF? Dont know.
