Why Cesaro Is Finally Getting A WWE Push
8. The Swiss Army Knife
"Those who need to be ready for anything take one of these with them everywhere."
That's the definition of a Swiss army knife, and it's also so very applicable to WWE's Swiss Superman.
Whatever you need Cesaro to do, he can do it.
Need a midcard heel? Cesaro's your man. Need a midcard babyface? Cesaro's your man. Need someone to help out your tag team division? Cesaro's your man. Need someone to make a talent shine? Cesaro's your man. Need a wrestler to anchor a 20-minute technical masterclass? Cesaro's your man.
Just looking across Cesaro's WWE career to date - and to Claudio Castagnoli's pre-WWE days - and you can clearly see the wide variety of different hats he's worn for the company. This is a wrestler's wrestler, a professional's professional, and a person who can be relied on to fill absolutely any role you need from him.
Of course, what we've yet to truly see in WWE just yet, is Cesaro as a main event act or positioned as a true top tier talent.
Will that now finally happen in the aftermath of WrestleMania 37? Hopefully. Would he thrive in that spot? Absolutely.
