From @mkurtz91: Should all titles be defended at WrestleMania? If IC Title is not defended and or unified at WM30 it might bug me a bit.
Yes! WWE should absolutely put every title on the line at WrestleMania. We know they have an annual PPV in September called Night of Champions where every title is on the line, but that's not the same as the biggest show of the year. If you want the titles to mean more then champions have to defend them on most PPVs and it should definitely happen at an event as important as WrestleMania. It appears as though Big E isn't going to defend the Intercontinental Title at WrestleMania because he currently has no feud aside from dealing with the Real Americans. He's also been added to the battle royal, so it seems unlikely that they're going to do a IC Title match at WM30. Dean Ambrose holds the US Title, but it's expected that The Shield will be in a six man tag against Kane, Erick Rowan and Luke Harper. That means no US Title defense, which has been a regular thing for Ambrose. At least the Tag Team Titles and Divas Title look like they will be defended at WrestleMania although nothing is official yet. Of course the WWE World Heavyweight Championship will be defended likely in the last match of the night.
