Don€™t you just hate it when you€™re facing a wrestler in a match, and you nearly have him beaten, but you turn away for just a split second and suddenly he€™s replaced with another version of himself? It€™s just the absolute worst, and it€™s happened on multiple occasions in professional wrestling. One of the big names that started the ol€™ switch-a-roo trick was Doink the Clown, a mischievous performer who tricked his way into earning victories in the 90s. When he knew he€™d be beaten, he would roll out of the ring and somebody else looking exactly like Doink would come out from under the ring and take his place. That meant an exhausted wrestler was facing a fresh face with no sign of fatigue. When the timing was done right, and the referee was distracted by something else, it just about sealed the victory nine times out of ten. This wrestling prank has since been past down to other wrestlers, notably those who either wear face paint or happen to be twins. The Bella Twins have adopted the trick and labeled it €œtwin magic.€ Whatever you want to call it, it€™s a pretty sneaky way to earn a victory.
