WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Nov 9)

7. Ryder vs. Rusev: Round 5 Raw Rematch

Last week I complained (imagine that!) about Alicia Fox and AJ Lee fighting five times within one month on TV. I sadly must make that same complaint again, and while it€™s not as egregious, it€™s still no good. For the fifth time since April, Rusev and Zack Ryder have gone one-on-one in matches on Raw. Not SmackDown, not Main Event, not by the dumpster outside of Wendy€™s. They only fight on Raw. The result? The same thing every single time. Ryder loses in about a minute. Within the context of WWE€™s world, who keeps booking that match? And why? We have a serious jobber crisis in WWE when the same guy has to go after Rusev time and time again without any explanation. It€™s just booked, it happens, it€™s forgotten, and then it happens again the next month. Can€™t Otunga fill in just once? Where€™s he been? What kind of world do we live in when I want to see David Otunga vs. Rusev? These unnecessary rematches theoretically would be a nice time to take a bathroom break. But since Raw already gives us 45 minutes of commercials, and half-a-dozen other meaningless rematches, nearly the whole show could be spent in the bathroom.
