WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Sept 13)

By Andrew Soucek /

6. Pointless

Do you know what WWE needs more than anything? Well, besides less content, no more authority figures, some new talent, and consistent writing? Someone who actually keeps track of wins-and-losses! As just stated, Sheamus vs. Randy Orton is the Fantastic Four remake of professional wrestling feuds. It€™s unnecessary, and no one wants to see it. Not only is it stale from an entertainment standpoint, but from a storyline view it is completely pointless, because it€™s the same outcome nearly every single time: Orton dominates Sheamus. In those five televised singles matches, Orton won three, Sheamus won once, and we had a no contest. But the tag matches? It's downright embarrassing. Orton took all seven. So basically, he went 10-1-1 during the feud. What point was there in so many matches then? Couldn€™t we have stopped after three tag matches? How about five? It€™s no wonder that no one, including Sheamus, is excited about Sheamus as Mr. Money in the Bank.
