December to Dismember saw Mike Knox walk out on Kelly Kelly, pushing her further into the arms of CM Punk.

After leaving WWE in 2010, Knox would work the independent scene before landing in TNA as part of the Aces & Eights stable. Following the dissolving of Aces & Eights, the burly brawler would embrace his elaborate and twisted side as part of the Menagerie alongside Crazzy Steve, Rebel and the Freak.

Having seemingly left the wrestling business behind in 2015, the real-life Michael Hettinga now works in real estate in the Florida area.
