Test was another unsuccessful competitor in the Elimination Chamber main event of December to Dismember. Shortly after the PPV, he would be suspended for violating the WWE Wellness Program and was then released from his WWE contract.

Andrew 'Test' Martin passed away at the tragically young age of 33 on March 13, 2009. His death was ruled an accidental overdose of prescription pain medication.
