For some reason, WWE also believe Fatal-4-Way matches count as "Extreme". In fairness, it'd have been better to see one here than centre an entire pay-per-view around the rudimentary match type like they did back in 2010.

Again though, no thank you. Fatal-4-Way stood out more than the aforementioned 'On A Pole' stip did.
