In the same introductory video package, Kofi Kingston's middle finger from SmackDown a few weeks ago was needlessly censored. This is a pay-per-view broadcast, one airing on WWE's own Network. If it wasn't censored initially on national television (in the United States anyway) the first time around, why do so here?
