Affectionately known as 'Mossy' on the British scene, the 37-year old will help train wrestlers and work backstage at live events. Moss will work closely with Triple H, William Regal and Shawn Michaels, but won't report for WWE duty until he finishes up some pre-booked dates. His last match in the UK is booked against Joe Coffey on October 14.

Before then, Moss will wrestle protege Liam Slater on WCPW's Refuse To Lose iPPV on Monday, October 2 in Newcastle. This match has been building for months between the first ever WCPW Tag-Team Champions, and is a fitting farewell for the UK wrestling legend.

Aside from working extensively on the independent scene, Moss had been running his School of Hard Knocks and Hammerlocks in Cumbria. Once he departs for the States, Moss will pass over head trainer responsibilities to close friend Josh Terry.

This is an exciting opportunity for Moss, and he told The News & Star that being offered a job by WWE is "beyond anything I could ever have hoped for".
