3. Roman Reigns Vs. Braun Strowman
Result: Braun kills Roman with two Running Powerslams for the win (11:50).
Rating: This is certainly Roman Reigns' best-booked PPV match in quite some time, not only because he lost but because it made sense for him to lose, getting to play up the gutsy heroic defeat angle while making Braun look like an absolute beast.
It wasn't a technical classic but was exactly what it needed to be: a physically intense brawl that gave Braun a clean victory but set up Roman's eventual rematch victory down the line.
For all of the things they screw up on a weekly basis, WWE are doing fantastic things with Braun right now, and this only further solidified that. As for Roman, his detractors might want to savour this beatdown, because he'll be back to Superman mode before you know it. 7/10
