WWE Potentially Adding More Members To The Vision (WWE News)
Maxxine Dupri isn't the only one Paul Heyman could recruit for Raw's Vision...
Dave Meltzer wrote in the latest issue of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Paul Heyman could go on a recruiting spree following Logan Paul's injury announcement on Raw. Paul, who suffered a triceps tear, will be benched for several months. He becomes the latest Vision member to get blasted.
Previous leader Seth Rollins was struck down by injury before leaving the group last year. Crucial, momentum-wrecking injuries to other members like Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed followed that, and now LP is the latest to suffer rotten luck.
Meltzer reports that Maxxine Dupri is linked to a run in Heyman's faction, but she might not be the only one. Interestingly, it appears that WWE bosses were weighing up adding to The Vision's numbers before Paul announced he'd torn his triceps during a match at Saturday Night's Main Event.
The Observer doesn't have a clue who could be in the running for that spot. Fair enough. It could be anyone from Montez Ford to Angelo Dawkins. Alternatively, maybe Triple H and his creative team have someone completely out of left field in mind - The Street Profits are only mentioned here because they've been feuding with The Vision.
Ford or Dawkins going heel and splitting is definitely one option open to the writing team. Y'know, if they want to take that risk and find out if either guy can fly solo on his own.
The Vision has to be one of the most snakebitten stables in WWE history though. Practically every single member has been injured at some point. Heyman will probably stub his toe soon and have to miss TV for a few weeks. Hopefully not!
