23. Kofi Kingston

WWE can't hold a modern Royal Rumble without a Kofi Kingston escape act, so of course he's in this year's match. Last year saw him stand on a sh*tload of pancakes to avoid his feet hitting the floor, before his boys springboarded him back inside, much to Jinder Mahal's rage. Let's hope for something equally creative in 2019.
