24. Tucker

It doesn't look like there'll be an abundance of tag team wrestlers in this year's Rumble, but Tucker's inclusion makes sense. Heavy Machinery have carved a nice little niche for themselves on SmackDown's midcard. Granted, much of this has to do with Otis' fondness for Mandy Rose, though Tucker is a much-improved big man and a solid wrestler in his own right.

Poor guy doesn't have a hope in hell of winning, though. Of course he doesn't.
