SummerSlam got off to a rough start for sure. It was hard not to notice the obscenely empty crowd during the opening kick-off show match, and WWE's rather blatant and distracting attempts to shoot their way around actually showing the barren audience. At least Matt Hardy had a sense of humour about it...
