LA Knight has told the Bootleg Kev Podcast how one scene shot for the second series of WWE Unreal on Netflix has completely changed his approach behind the curtain. The popular babyface revealed that he didn't actually know there'd be cameras or microphones picking up a fraught conversation with boss Triple H following events at Money In The Bank 2025.

Hunter went through Knight for apparently deviating from the original plans for the ladder match vs. Seth Rollins, Andrade, Solo Sikoa, El Grande Americano and Penta. Meanwhile, LA just sat there in silence but clearly didn't like what he was hearing from the gaffer.

Now, via this podcast appearance, Knight has stated that he "was majorly holding [his] tongue in that scenario". LA had a lot to say, but decided to sit quietly and let Trips vent. Interestingly, he also teased something more by adding: "...Because I had my own frustrations about that situation that partially had to do with the finish, but more so it had to do with an overarching theme that I don’t need to get into the weeds about here".

Seeing the scene back afterwards has altered how Knight behaves following his matches and segments. Previously, he'd think nothing of camping out around the Gorilla Position. Now, after Unreal, LA goes "straight through and I go to the locker room".

If WWE officials or Hunter himself wants to talk things over, then Knight says they can do so away from the cameras, microphones and all of that other noise "because that's how it's always been". Closing, he said: "I’m not going to stop in there and leave myself susceptible to that".
