WWE Raw on Monday night had a little bit of everything for fans who tuned in to catch up on the latest ahead of Survivor Series.

The red brand featured a legit injury, the return of a Stupid Vince Trope, a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it Brock Lesnar appearance, and an abysmal main event. Truly a one-of-a-kind go-home show before one of the Big Four PLEs.

Raw did offer up some decent moments as well, including a surprisingly good match between Gunther and Carmelo Hayes, a delusional Becky Lynch, and a couple of talking segments involving the women that delivered.

The men’s WarGames match is being carried solely by the star power of the babyface team and the potential for what could happen Saturday in the double cage. Otherwise, the “build” Monday was a series of entrances, “can they coexist?”, a West Side Story staredown, and 30 seconds of Brock. Fans who love their Tribal Chief and the Beast undoubtedly are excited, but others will be fixating on what – if anything – happens between CM Punk and Cody Rhodes at Survivor Series.

Despite being the last addition to the women’s WarGames match, Lynch took over the big sell segment Monday night, and it was a laugh. Becky’s unhinged persona worked perfectly as she hyped her team and put down Rhea Ripley’s squad. The women’s match feels a bit more organic and could be the sleeper of the weekend.

Overall, this was a show that happened. It will be completely forgotten by Saturday night and never mentioned again.

Let’s get to it…
