7. The Curse Strikes Again
Another week, another Danhausen curse victim.
Danhausen made an appearance Monday night backstage, accosting the Original El Grande Americano and trying to borrow his mask to see if it fit. El Grande firmly (but mostly politely) told him to leave because he had an Intercontinental Championship match.
But the ghoulish fiend instead cursed El Grande, and that took effect almost immediately, as Rayo and Bravo were seen stalking him as Raw went to commercial. When El Grande came out for his IC title match, he was noticeably a lot taller and more European.
While not Danhausen’s best week, these segments are slowly establishing the character and integrating him into the roster. Looking forward to him continuing to succeed.
