7. Will Amanda Waller Get Involved?

Viola Davis played a sufficiently badass version of Amanda Waller in Suicide Squad, despite her plan of blackmailing an evil sorceress feeling a little flawed and short-sighted. She’s the one who assembled Task Force X, so metahumans are kind of her thing.

She gave Bruce Wayne a file on them after all, and if he's assembling a team of heroes she’ll naturally want to keep on eye on that situation. Waller and Wayne have a fairly hostile relationship in the comics and various cartoon spin-offs, so we should expect her to figure into the story somehow, and probably not in a friendly way.

It’s unlikely the Suicide Squad will appear however, because how many super teams can one movie handle?
