3. Is Kang The Conqueror The MCU's Next Big Bad?

As we've established, Marvel Studios has gained a lot of incredible characters since Disney acquired Fox, and it sounds like Loki - a series coming to Disney+ - will introduce classic Fantastic Four villain, Kang the Conqueror. He's a time-traveller who has also battled The Avengers on countless occasions, and a bad guy who could be the next Thanos.

While Kang started off as a villain to the Fantastic Four, he's someone who would benefit from taking on a lead role in other franchises. With time-travel and the Multiverse now part of the MCU, it only makes sense for him to appear, and considering the fact his younger self was Iron Lad in the Young Avengers, this could all ultimately fall into place perfectly.

Believe it or not, there have even been rumblings that Owen Wilson could be playing Kang, and while that would be a strange decision on Marvel's part, we know we can trust them.

Fox had no plans for this character, because their Fantastic Four reboot was going to take the form of a Doctor Doom movie, and while Kevin Feige has met with Noah Hawley, it doesn't sound like those went anywhere. There have, however, been rumblings that Doom could eventually find his way on to Disney+ in some sort of origin story TV series.
