Release Date: TBA 2015 The Plot: There has already been a direct-to-DVD standalone sequel to the 2004 Lindsay Lohan-starring classic Mean Girls, and now, a movie is in the works that adapts another of Rosalind Wiseman's novels, this time revolving around a hard-nosed suburban mother (Jennifer Aniston) who will stop at nothing to get ahead of her maternal rivals. Why It's Awful: Were it not for the involvement of Aniston, practically nobody would be taking this seriously, and it would probably end up quietly dumped on VOD while foregoing a theatrical release. It wouldn't seem quite so bad if it wasn't trying to piggy-back on the huge success and fandom of the original movie, but as far as movie spin-offs go, this one is pretty freaking lazy.
