After Mr. Freeze bails out of the capsule, his suit sprouts a pair of wings which he uses to glide around and return to the very city he was planning to blow up like two minutes before. When you think of Mr. Freeze, you think of a dude shooting ice at everything, right? But wings? That's a new one.
