5. Michael Myers Gets Arrested

You've got to love when corporations use pop culture trends to advance their own popularity. It's SLIGHTLY more weird when an actual police force does the same thing.

Presumably during a break from catching criminals, the Carlisle Borough Police Department in Cumberland Valley, Pennsylvania arrested the actual Michael Myers. Obviously, this was a cheeky little prank - the rascals - but it managed to pick up masses of attention over social media.

Meanwhile, they spoke to Haddonfield PD (where Halloween is set), where police seemingly confessed their dismay that their most notorious killer decided to spend the holiday elsewhere. What a missed opportunity to have to mop up dead teens.
