17. Alien Eggs

There are few images in the Alien franchise as iconic and straight-up terrifying as that of the Xenomorph eggs, which of course launch the facehuggers onto the head of any poor soul unlucky enough to be in the immediate vicinity.

In this scene, Billy Crudup's character and another unidentified person are exploring a bunker of some kind when they make the discovery.

Before the rest of the scene plays out, you totally know what's going to happen, and it sure ain't gonna be pretty.
