2. No Post-Credits Scene
Its pretty much Superhero Movie #101 that comic book movies have a post-credits sequence these days hell, some even have two but it was a big shocker to see no such thing attached to Batman v Superman.
Some had speculated that the post-credits stinger would be The Flash travelling back in time to warn Batman of an impending doom that was enough to warrant the Caped Crusader assembling the Justice League, whilst most had predicted that there would at least be something following or during Dawn of Justices credits, even if the WB were remaining coy about it all.
Instead, wed get to see the Scarlet Speedster travel back in time midway through the film, and in a surprise move, Warner Brothers decided to hold off on any sort of post-credits sequence, instead just ending the film with the death of Superman.
