4. Tiberius - I, Frankenstein (2014)

Consistently lumbered with the smarmy villain role in sub-par sci-fi action thrillers, Nighy once again seemingly just shows up - almost as if he€™s got nothing better to do. The absolutely critically-eviscerated action shlocker that is I, Frankenstein evidently took his fancy, but once he turned up on set apparently even he could barely talk around or through the script given to him.

Lumbered with uninspired dialogue and inauthentic exposition, he gets to spout bullsh*t like referring to himself as €œa partisan of progress€. Judging from the look on his face, even he can€™t believe he€™s letting loose such drivel.
