19. Toad

Toad is a pretty ridiculous villain, when you think about it, but he manages to make a mark in X-Men thanks to Ray Park's skilled physical performance. Unfortunately, because Park isn't really much of a talker, traditionally, he's almost entirely mute and it robs him of real characterisation.
And in that vacuum, the most memorable thing he does - rather cruelly - is being the subject of Storm's notoriously awful line about electrocuting toads. Which always seemed to suggest that she had spent some of her time experimenting on amphibians with lightning...
He doesn't actually count as a villain in Days Of Future Past and he looks ridiculous anyway, so the less said about that version of him, the better.
