Everything We Know About The X-Men & Fantastic Four In The MCU

4. Filmmakers Who Worked On The Fox X-Men Movies May Still Be Involved With The Disney Ones

The last key bit of information from that THR report is the most interesting, with the outlet noting that some of the producers on Fox's Marvel movies may still be involved when Disney makes X-Men and Fantastic Four flicks of their own.

The site states that Lauren Shuler Donner - who has produced every single one of Fox's X-Men movies, including the upcoming Dark Phoenix and New Mutants - and Simon Kinberg, who's written and produced X-Men movies since 2006, may have deals that afford them an executive producer credit on any future X-Men movies, regardless of whether or not they are fully involved.

Of course, the specifics of these deals - if they exist at all - are firmly under wraps, but the takeaway here is that some of the creative minds behind the Fox X-Men movies might still be involved with Disney's efforts on a creative level.

There's a very slim chance of that happening, true, but it's a possibility worth bearing in mind. Donner and Kinberg have made some great Marvel movies in their time, so having their input on Disney's version of the X-Men might not be such a bad thing.
