The OTHER superhero ensemble movie under the DC banner, bringing together supernatural heroes and anti-heroes like Swamp Thing, Constantine, Etrigan the Demon, The Spectre, Madame Xanadu, Deadman and Zatanna Zatara. A sort of horror-influenced little brother to the Justice League.
Positives?
The comic book material is great, and ripe for adaptation - particularly as it gives the film-makers licence to go into weirder territory - and it's about time someone did Constantine right on the big screen.
Also, Doug Liman not doing it any more is a positive.
Concerns?
Guillermo Del Toro's version would have been amazing, and without someone of his nous and experience, we could be in for another League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen. Or worse, another Suicide Squad.
