Glengarry Glen Ross was written by David Mamet, one of America's finest playwrights, and the power of this monologue is testament to his skill. Unfortunately, the irony of this scene is apparently lost on some people who view it as genuinely motivational. If your boss plays you this video as an example of good sales-technique, quit your job immediately.
