7. Games With Nothing To Say
E3 is filled with games that have nothing to say and nothing to show. You need only look at Bethesda wheeling out Elder Scrolls: Online to update people on the player-base and verbally announce two future DLCs, or EA's "announcement" for Jedi: Fallen Order.

There was a time when a game being at E3 meant something. It meant you were going to see something huge, or you were going to see a massive update. But now, every game seems to be paraded out with little to no merit behind them.
And most of the time, the developers trying to present these aspects of the show know this. When there is very little to say, it seems like wasted time.
