13. ReStory: Chill Electronics Repairs

Debuting last year at the Wholesome Snack showcase from Wholesome Games, the fabulously-named ReStory: Chill Electronics Repairs is exactly what it sounds like.

Scratching the same itch as PowerWash Simulator but on a way more personal and delicate scale, ReStory tasks the player with running an electronic device repair shop in 2000s Tokyo. Customers will bring in their game consoles, mobile phones and home appliances for you to carefully disassemble, repair and clean, and put back together.

More than just the tactility of it though, ReStory is also about the people who bring you those devices; learning their stories, offering advice and even impacting their lives with your decisions and responses.

You can currently request access to the playtest, and hopes are that this game lands sooner rather than later in 2026.
