16. Can't Improve Nuka World - Fallout 4

Fallout 4’s Nuka World DLC is the best expansion to the game thanks to doing what Fallout 4 does best—letting the player have stupid fun amidst a unique post-apocalyptic setting.

The titular theme park is chock-full of interesting locations and side activities, but there’s one problem with it that irks every player who tries to play nicely.

Nuka World’s main premise is that the theme park is the base of operation of a massive raider alliance, and the player can become their new leader. Obviously, this makes for a really compelling evil playthrough, but if you don’t want to bring slavery back into the Commonwealth, your options are awfully limited.

The DLC features a hidden mission called “Open Season,” in which you take out all of the raider gangs in Nuka World and free the enslaved merchants, but this path features next to no content.

After the merchants are free, you don’t get any missions to reclaim parts of the theme park the same way you do when you work with the raiders.

The game limits most of Nuka World’s content to raider-aligned gameplay, so if you want to experience all of it, you’re basically forced to play an evil character.
