3. Giovanni Stronghold - Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines, the cult classic vampire RPG, features multiple locations that can only be accessed once. Thankfully, they’re usually used for one-time missions, so you’re not really going to miss anything inside them.

The only exception is the Giovanni Stronghold from the quest “Italian Dinner.” The luxurious mansion of the Giovanni necromancers has two secret rooms that can only be accessed with a level 10 lockpicking skill, and if you don’t have the necessary level of skullduggery, you won’t get a second chance to discover what’s hidden inside the said rooms.

So what secrets lie behind these two doors locked tighter than Fort Knox? Well, one of the rooms is occupied by two women whom you can overhear from the hallway doing drugs. The second room features a scantily clad woman in lingerie and a bodyguard.

As you can see, the secrets inside the rooms are not as interesting as the actual Giovanni secret of keeping an entire zombie-infested catacomb underneath the mansion. However, because of their exclusive nature, they have kept the interest of Bloodlines’ fan base for years.
