6. Perfect Dark 2 Reveal

Despite Rare working on Sea of Thieves, it's been rumoured that a new game in the Perfect Dark series would be bringing Joanna Dark back for another adventure.

The rumour suggests that the reason why this can come out so close to Sea of Thieves is that Rare actually isn't developing the game itself. The game is instead supposedly being developed by The Coalition. Although having the Gears of War developers make the game may seem odd, it makes sense for Rare to not be involved when they've only just finished their latest game.

Rare have also previously said that they're happy to let other developers handle their franchises as long as they're done well, such as what was done with Killer Instinct. It makes sense to bring back one of their most beloved franchises after a whole generation of it being gone.

Gamers have been saying for years now that Microsoft haven't been utilising Rare's franchises to the extent that they should, and this could go a long way to fixing that complaint.
