Pokémon GO: 10 Missing Gameplay Features We Want To See

10. Pokémon Trading

I have two Bulbasaurs. You have two Squirtles. I want a Squirtle. You want a Bulbasaur. Why not trade duplicates so we could each get a Pokemon we wanted? It was hinted at in the first original trailer, so what gives?

Trading of Pokémon was the crux of the card game (hence them called trading cards), and was a key component of the video game series, too. It would only make sense that this would be a key component of Pokemon GO.

Then, when the first version of the game was released, many were disappointed to find they could not trade Pokemon with their friends whatsoever. You can "trade" Pokémon to Professor Willow for candy (a type of in-game currency used for evolving Pokemon), but you cannot swap Pokémon directly with other players.

Considering it was already shown in the original trailer, Pokemon trading is sure to be a feature added soon enough. We'll just have to sit with out extra Bulbasaurs and wait until then.
