A lot of people bash the final boss as being far too easy a fight with him being incredibly susceptible to parrying, but in saying that, he is an exceptionally dramatic end to the game.

The music is one of the finest and most emotional pieces FromSoftware have ever recorded, if not in all of gaming, and he has an exceptionally cool design. The fight itself can be challenging, even if you rely on parrying and especially so if you don't.

He is a memorable and impactful end boss, even if skilled players have an easy way to best him.
