WWDC 2012: 4 Levels of Rumours Swarming San Francisco

Here€™s What I€™d Like to See

I am a man with very simple tastes. I was a minimalist when it was known as being €œpoor€. I have but two wishes. First, as a writer, I want iWork syncing to work, perfectly, between my iMac, MacBook Pro, iPad 2 and iPhone. I blame the wait for this feature on Dropbox. Had they just accepted Steve Jobs offer, Apple would be the envy of the cloud community. But no! $800 million is not enough. Thanks a lot, Dropbox. Jerks! Second, it is about time for me to upgrade my laptop. I have been eyeing the MacBook Air since I purchased my current machine. The two were so close that my choice actually came down to a coin toss. Now, as my main concern is portability and not being Swiss Army Knife„-style covered, my next machine will be a MacBook Air. So, a new line of MacBook Airs with the new Sandy Bridge processor, retina display, 4G LTE, and €œPuppy Breath€ would be great. Thanks. That said, if they do not announce new Airs at WWDC I am still good. I have a few months until I am financially viable to act on my desire. If Apple waits to have the announcement later, as its own event, that would be just fine. Hmmm, I guess that means I have yet succumbed to the IGS. Better update my immunizations. And That, As They Say, Is That So, there you have it, the four groups of people and their best-case WWDC announcements. What group do you most identify with? Also, what are you hoping to see? What do you think, how about we get a nice long list going to come back to check on later today. Blow up the comments with your thoughts, concerns and/or corrections.
