Norwich City star Wes Hoolahan is certainly a player that has the ability to play in that role between the midfield and attack; it shouldnt come as a great surprise that Lambert has him on his hit list since he worked with him as Norwich City manager. The Irish has found himself in and out of the team this season, and is certainly not a player that would be considered a regular in the Norwich side. Hoolahan has only started five games in the league this season, has yet to score and only provided one assist. However, he is a player that is very popular amongst supporters and certainly one that the average fan would be devastated to lose. Lambert will be disappointed to learn that the Canaries seem keen to play ball with this one and will reject the offer that has been made, and any subsequent transfer request from the player.
