Along with Edinson Cavani, Radamel Falcao is one of Europe's finest talents and his 21 goals in 22 appearances in La Liga for Atletico Madrid has helped put him on the radar of the likes of Manchester United, City and Chelsea, as well as Spanish rivals Real Madrid. Earlier this year the Colombian spoke of his admiration for the Premier League and of Ryan Giggs, which will surely have put Ferguson on red alert as he seeks a replacement for Rooney. Like Cavani, Falcao would come with an inordinate transfer value, and one that has been quoted recently is £46 million. It is a hefty chunk of change to part with but he has been scoring more goals than Rooney and would be a quality addition to any side.
