The fact of the matter is Norwich are good at winning games 1-0, but not so good at scoring more than one goal which does put pressure on the defence. There will certainly be some tense games between now and the end of the season, games that are likely to be tight and Norwich will be hoping to win them by the odd goal. What I would say is that a win is a win, and there is nothing inherently wrong with winning games 1-0. After all, teams have won league titles by doing just that in the past. However, fans would surely love to see some wins by a more comfortable margin, something that is unlikely to happen under the current management. Nevertheless, defensive strength is a quality that all teams need and Hughton will be hoping to win more games even if it is only by a 1-0 margin.
