You know what we need? A set of various less-than-savory Time Lords. Im talking about the Monk, the Rani, the War Chief, the Valeyard and President Borusa. I think that would make for a wonderful set, and really, at the very least, we need separate versions of these characters.
13. Alpha Centauri
Well, who doesnt like good ole AC? This was certainly one of the most unique looking characters on the old series, and appeared in two different stories. Make it so that the eye can blink and, ideally, give it a little motor inside that would cause it to tremble nervously, and wed have a nearly perfect toy.
