5 Best & Worst Doctor Who Songs Of All Time

10. Doctorin' The TARDIS - The Timelords

This one is quite famous. It got to number one in the charts back in June 1988 and was used extensively in the BBC's Doctor Who Night in 1999. For many fans this was their first introduction to the show that would, in six short years, be taking over their lives completely. It has, perhaps, somewhat fallen out of favour in recent times, largely due to the fact that it's mash up of the Doctor Who theme tune and a Garry Glitter song. There are other elements, of course, with sections from 'Blockbuster!' by Sweet and 'Let's Get Together Tonite' by Steve Walsh playing roles here and there, too. More recently, in 2005, an American mash up was created which mixed this song with 'Holiday' by Green Day. Perhaps it was a subtle reference to the 1966 episode 'A Holiday for the Doctor'?
