Matt Smith and Karen Gillan invited two young and brave fans aboard the TARDIS for the greatest tea party in time and space for this heartwarming segment which was aired during the Children in Need fundraising festivities back in 2010. Because sometimes all you need is a good old fashioned cup of tea! Also included in the video is the debut of an exclusive trailer for the upcoming Doctor Who Christmas Special (in this case, A Christmas Carol) which has become somewhat of a Children in Need tradition over recent years.
